I was experiencing alopecia areata and looking for a cure to get the small round bald spot to grow in again. Nothing was working for months. I saw a woman had the same problem who was taking this product and grew her hair back. I started taking this product and within a couple weeks the hair started growing back in again and I had no side effects. The other benefit I experienced was that my nails for the first time in my entire life grew long and didn’t break! I’m still in shock about how long my nails have grown, have loved this effect but am going today to the nail shop to finally get them trimmed bc they’ve gotten too long. I’d highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to grow their hair back and grow long strong nails. Actually one annoying side effect is I’ve grown more peach fuzz on my face and have to razor it every couple of weeks. It’s a small price to pay to finally have the alopecia spot filling in though! I’ll post another photo in a month to show the continued progress. I’m coming up on one month of using this product as of next week. Hasn’t even been a full month and I finally see progress. Finally found something that works for my nails! I've been taking Nutraharmony Biotin, Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, and Keratin supplements for [time period], and I'm really impressed with the results. Before starting these, my nails were constantly splitting and peeling - it was so frustrating because they'd break right when they started to get any length. Since I started taking these supplements, I've noticed a real difference. My nails have stopped splitting and peeling, which alone would have made me happy. But beyond that, they're actually growing now! They feel stronger and healthier than they have in years. I'm not sure if it's the biotin, the collagen, or the combination of all the ingredients working together, but whatever it is, it's working for me. If you struggle with weak, brittle nails as I did, these supplements might be worth trying. I will not give a review regarding hair and skin. I personally started to take the supplements for my nails.

I’ve been using this supplement for a few weeks and I’m really happy with the results so far. My hair feels stronger and looks shinier, and I’ve noticed less breakage when brushing. The capsules are easy to take and don’t upset my stomach. I also like that it includes biotin, collagen, keratin, and hyaluronic acid all in one formula. I love this brand as their vitamins do exactly what they say. They’re supposed to do. I’ve used a lot of their vitamins and supplements and they all were great for me and are very potent. There’s no taste with this one and I find it very easy to swallow. My skin health and hair health is incredible.

Great prod! I’m postpartum and hormones took a while to adjust due to breastfeeding. Needless to say, I saw a change in my hair strength to where I had less breakage. I now buy this on repeat. Not too big in size. They’re also easy to swallow and there’s no taste.
