great and powerful immersion blender.
Great immersion blender. it's definitely got some heft and power to it. Highly recommend it. Though just be aware that the shaft is extra wide so you'll need a container that's oversized (I purchased the Vitamix Immersion blender jar that perfectly fit this immersion blender.

Very powerful and good quality
I bought this immersion blender to make Pai Tan ramen noodle soup, for which I need to blend the chicken with bones and all. This blender is very powerful and works very fast. It consistently makes very smooth blends. It is, however, very strong, and you will likely need somewhat strong hands to hold it steady.

Very good
I upgraded from a kitchen aid that died during on the job. This machine is super powerful and well worth the money. Feels sturdy and looks it'll last a long time hopefully. Easy to use and clean. It's a little bigger then my old one but that's ok its still easy to store and handle. It does the job well.

Well built
Well, this will be the 6th hand held blender, or immersion blender, I have owned, and so far the all clad has not disappointed, very strong, and the turbo button nice, all I can say is I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon, and have written I don’t know how many reviews and gotten over 48,000 looks but only 85 hearts, that’s not good, but what I can tell you is I am honest, and have a lot of experience in the kitchen, went to cooking school, was a chef for 30 years in Boston, I have used a lot of equipment, so if you need any advise on anything, just reach out, and I will answer you to the best of my knowledge, with that being said, the design and function of this blender is one of the best I have used, beats my old Cuisinart, in speed and power, I would buy again.

Not perfect but really, overall, quite good!
I had an immersion blender for a few years and it was superb but I didn't realize at the time that most immersion blenders were not like that. And, so, unfortunately I did not take particular notice of the make and model. I tried about 3 or 4 well-known manufacturer immersion blenders after that one died (a plastic part broke that was part of how the stick stayed on the handle). Returned each of them for they were quite different from my original one; most were too heavy, some were so powerful that I had to have VERY deep container or whatever I was blending would spatter all over - including on me. Real problem with smoothies and w/small batch of Hollaindaise -which, surprisingly to me, is actually a VERY simple thing to me make as long as you don't have blender that will launch it into space on its lowest setting. So, finally, I found this make/model for a realistic price without a dozen attachments of which I would use only maybe two and it is not as heavy as the others, is easy to operate, medium to very powerful depending on setting you choose, sturdy and easy to clean. So, while it doesn't replicate my dead stick blender which would still be my preference, it does a quite satisfactory job on soups, smoothies of all sorts, Hollandaise and other sauces.

Best immersion blender out there. Hands down.
It took me sooooo incredibly long to find the perfect immersion blender, but this one is IT. I was looking for a BIFL (Buy It For Life) option and this has not disappointed. I will update in a few years and let you know how it's holding on, but as of now, it's great.I- t feels incredibly sturdy, plastic parts are minimal (just the handle itself) and the whole immersion part is stainless steel. there's a little silicone ring on the inside of the immersion snout, but it's to prevent things from sticking and it's minimal. I'd be okay if it was all stainless steel, but it's WAY more than Teflon or a plastic attachment that I've seen. We are very concerned with forever chemicals and microplastics making it to out food, and there are concerns with both of those when you're dealing with hot liquids and high rotation knives - I can't imagine bits of those wouldn't make it into your food while blending.- It's powerful! We barely use much of its power and it does an AMAZING job blending frozen things or soups. The most power we use is to blend meats from cooking broth to make pierogi filling and it still does a good job.Overall, I was looking for a blender to prepare food safely for my baby and this did not disappoint. I'm so glad there are still good quality appliances! I would 100% recommend.

An immersion blender that works perfectly
I really enjoy my winter soup coking. This immersion blender is expensive, but for those who want one that has the power and a perfect end result, this can't be beat. I started out 15 years ago with a cheap immersion blender and when it broke, I purchased a more expensive one. When that blender would give me disappointing results, I finally looked up "Best immersion blender" on Google, and decided on this one. This one has worked perfectly, and given its construction, I don't think I will need to buy another in this life....!
