It's a great book by Tickoo. I hv read it n felt it's must read for all irrespective of you teach either literature or ELT. It gives a well researched info on elt n learning concepts. Though written 10 Years ago. Its enlightening even tday 2015,. I recommened this book to all english teachers of school, college n universities. Thank you M L TICKOO sir. I can sense that this book is ur life time work on english. Like John Milton for his paradise lost.
