Small stones mixed with in with millets grain

I recently purchased millets and noticed small stones mixed in with the grains. But, very cleverly mixed as it's very difficult to sort out physically. This is concerning as it poses a risk to health. I recommend implementing better quality control measures to ensure that the product is clean and safe for consumers.
