My son has been exclusively breastfed for about 7 months but I have only used them a couple times when I had engorgement. In my opinion, using the money you would spend on this would be better used towards a good quality pump! That’s what gave me the most relieve anyway! This product is too expensive for how many times I used it!

My breasts were a little inflamed from being new to breastfeeding and it really helped to be able to put these on after I had chilled them down.

Can’t recommend enough to new moms. I kept two sets while breastfeeding - one in the freezer and one to heat up. Came in handy when clogged ducts hit. Would heat a set prior to breastfeeding and then use the cold set after for relief. I now it’s them as ice packs for my kids when they get hurt. Lasted years without breaking so well worth the money. Very comfortable with the shaping - flexible and easy to shape. Thin enough to wear under clothes and thick enough to hold heat for a while. Cold doesn’t last an extremely long time but it was enough for me.
