GM Genuine Parts 12680750 Timing Chain Kit with Tensioner, Guides, Nozzle, Seal, and Bolts

Just replaced my old timing chain with this new kit. Two months now and it is working well. Good quality materials and functional. I recommend this kit to anyone replacing their timing chain on their Terrain/Equinox vehicle. I'm even thinking about ordering a kit for future replacement.. Great timing chain kit!!

Great price for OEM equipment. Usually buy my car parts from an online car part retailer, but this same exact kit and part number were only about 40% of their cost. I’ve seen some reviews saying that one or more parts in this kit weren’t OEM because they had the Cloyes logo. Looks like AC Delco uses them as considered OEM parts.

The only thing I would have liked is a set of instructions. Mainly because the timing chain marks are NOT the same color as the factory chain, and there are four marks on the chain (not 3). So it take s little to figure out what is what.

Before disassembly I could see one broken guide and a worn timing chain so I ordered this package. To my surprise both guides had broken and the bolts had even sheered off. Luckily this package came with everything I needed to do a full replacement.

All complete EXCEPT it is missing the two special shank bolts for holding the right guide in position. Now I am in major delay
