I've now had the luggage set for nearly 2 years and, after extensive travel I can now say with confidence that this is a great product. The wheels still glide across surfaces with ease, the outer wear due to luggage handlers is only visible if you look closely and the zippers remain trouble-free. I especially like the solid feel to the luggage.

The bag is great quality however lacks the TSA lock and does not expand. Not ideal as a carry on for longer trips.

It arrived today with a black tape to be not noticed on two broken exterior lining at the bottom part of the bag. Why you delivered the defective item to your customer?
