I never write reviews but Gaia Herbs Adrenal Health Nightly Restore has worked so well for me that I needed to review it. I recently experienced a very traumatic emotional experience and had been having trouble sleeping. I tried numerous OTC sleep remedies and nothing helped. I was only getting a few hours of sleep each night and was exhausted all day. I would lie in bed and my racing thoughts and anxiety would keep me awake for most of the night. I really didn't have high expectations for this product since nothing else seemed to be working but I was desperate and decided to give it a chance. I noticed a difference from the first night I used it. I take 2 capsules 2 hours before bedtime and it calms my mind and body so that I drift peacefully off to sleep and sleep all night long. I also feel calmer during the day and less stressed. I highly recommend this product if you are experiencing sleeplessness due to stress.

This product is worth its weight in gold!! I am going through menopause, have anxiety and insomnia and this product is THE absolute best!! It helps me drift off to sleep within 30-45 minutes of taking it and I get the most restful sleep of my life with it!! I've been waking up before my alarm and I don't feel like groggy like I do with other sleep aids. I just order the 120 count on subscribe and save and have started my boyfriend on it!
