Business Math for Dummies

It covers the type of mathematics that you are likely to encounter in everyday business life and does it well.

It's basically everything that I forgot at GCSE and makes everything really easy to understand. It's great if you need to brush up on vital math skills.

I am a teacher and needed a simplistic guide for teaching math. So far it has been very helpful. It explains things in a clear simplistic manner and gives me a guideline to follow for the class I am teaching. I am dealing with students who are not very good at math and this book will help me a lot. It reminds me of different ways to explain things.

Easy to follow book for someone who hasnt done algrebra since school and now needs to use equations as part of work

Good book - excellent condition. Well explained but in American English which is at slight variance to maths terms British/Irish people would be familiar with. Overall very pleased with the book.

I purchased this book in order to help me to learn some basic mathematical principles for my job. It's quite a comprehensive book covering a variety of topics, but so far it hasn't done anything to make the principles gell in my brain. Maybe I'm more than a dummie!

If it has been awhile since you sat in a college classroom trying to cram business math into your head; this book is a great refresher and review. When I moved into another position, I had to do a quick review of business math: Quickly. This book was just what the doctor ordered. It presents the material clearly; and it will help you dust out some darker and neglected corners of your business knowledge. For a youngster heading off to business school, this would be a great summer read. I'm very pleased.
