This is a great book and I got to learn every single thing and everything is explained so well.

I am new to acrylic landscape painting and this book helped me in learning the skills. Although more painting could have been given considering the price of the book.

This book has tought few essential techniques of landscape painting-including a step by step project -overall good book for begginers!!! Delivery was on time !!

I did add a few pictures of the book to give you an idea of what it has inside. I didn't want to add a whole chapter to be fair to the author and give it a chance and buy the book. I am a beginner in art. I dont know how to draw or add depth,dimension etc...and this book gives you the definition of different techniques, talks about brushes, how to mix paints so we dont have to buy oranges and different of greens etc.., and just tells you what you will learn in a classroom if college is not what you want to attend and just be a self taught person. I read negative reviews and i dont agree with their opinions but i respect their opinion. It is a small book but it does have everything you need to learn how to paint. I do give this author Jerry Yarnell a 5 star rating

Excellent book. I'm sure there are tons of great books for all mediums. I liked this one, I felt it gave me alot of useful information as well as how to paint, techniques, etc.
