Wrong tool for that. Get a drill and those metal brush attachments.

It doesn’t work very well even on smaller jobs, I tried cleaning the grout of my kitchen floor. Very labor intensive and the result was below average. I got better results using a big brush and my own elbow strength

Yes, better than a tooth brush particularly for corners. My tooth brush doesn't reach into a corner and if it does I can only stroke back and forth. This tool is ideal for the corners because of the brush angle, forward facing instead of downward , and because it oscillates instead of strokes. I have a coffee maker with a rectangular hopper for the coffee grounds. This brush is the only thing that will reach 6 inches inside and clean the corners. I save all my old tooth brushes, and shape them on an electric sander or form them with heat for various jobs. None of them reach the corners like this electric one
