子ども用に買いましたが自分も使っています。サイズが自分には小さいので引っ張って伸ばして使っています。伸ばしすぎると留めている部分が外れますがなんとか戻せました。使ったあとは指が鉄の香りになります。

つけてるとあんしんできます。

ストレスとか指の疲れとかに効いたら良いな、と購入してみました。コロコロすると確かに気持ちは良いです。親指にはめたら切れました。思い出した時にコロコロ続けてみようかと思います。

I have a set of these, along with other rings that you can twist with rather than roll, but I prefer these from a sensory perspective. They're very conspicuous, so if you're an adult fidgeting with these, there's a chance that people around you will notice -- but at the same time, who cares? The motion of rolling them up and down your fingers is very soothing. The reason I gave these three stars rather than five is that they are very tight straight out of the box (probably intended for younger people, huh?). They are springs after all, so if you don't properly stretch them out there's a chance your fingers will start to hurt soon after wearing them. I just pulled on them a couple of times (and broke one in the process, but it's easy to put back together) and then I was able to wear them without problems.

Für die Schulklasse meiner Tochter war das zum "Geburtstag" eine KLEINIGKEIT.... DIE Kinder lieben es und nutzen es gerne, die Jungs hatten den 1. Ring schon kaputt bekommen bevor er am Finger war :-) aber alle Anderen lieben diese "Konzentrationshilfe"!

These are fabulous, work so well with those anxious moments! I give them to friends and family.

Keeps me busy while I work. Not painful at all. Therapeutic. Light and easy to use. Pretty good quality .

I use these at work when I'm feeling anxious, works great. There was an issue with one of the rings but the seller resolved that issue quickly.
