Nice replacement buckles
These easy to install buckles are very versatile. I have used them many times to replace a buckle on and item that has broken. I have found them to be good quality for the price. Durable and function as expected.

Hold strap, small, didn't break!
Used for cosplay. Held up just fine! Light weight, small enough. Holds the strap very well.

Good but they STINK!?
The FIRST thing I noticed the second I opened the package was an OVERWHELMINGLY DISGUSTING odor like dead fish!? Absolutely horrendous! Docking a star for this because WOW it's bad. Other than that, the buckles are good, and the price is great. Not particularly sturdy, but perfect for small projects (and cosplay, which is what I'm using them for). Just super weirdly stinky!! I'm hoping that leaving them in the open air takes care of the smell soon! No idea what could cause this, maybe some kind of off-gassing? So strange!

Works perfectly
I use these for my work aprons at the medical warehouse. Instead of tying my apron, I can just simply clip it on. This is just an easier work hack for people who like to make things more simple. Quality is good. True to size and very light weight. Perfectly functional.

Works great
I installed these on some kid backpacks. They were easy to install, inexpensive and do the job well. I will purchase more if I need them.

Fragile. only useful for unimportant applications.
These are made from a cheap plastic and have a poor design. If you need to attach something that is very light and it's OK if the buckle breaks, maybe you could get away with these... but once I applied some tension, they quickly broke. I'd estimate that they can handle up to 20lbs of static force... but there are buckles out there that look the same and can handle 150lbs. Sadly, these are only going to be useful for VERY light duty.
