Homeopathic Care for Cats and Dogs, Revised Edition

I am a total newbie to homeopathy. My 6 dogs keep having things come up, so I decided to get this book because it was recommended to me. It is awesome! It explains a little of this history and how it was discovered. It explains the concept and how it works very well. Then it explains how to use the medicines, so you aren't just left with more questions! Then the rest of the book is common symptoms/diseases and the various medicines it could be with explanations of symptoms to help you choose the best one for your pet. It makes homeopathy pretty easy! Great for beginners, which is what I am. And I have already gotten the confidence to treat 2 of my dogs! I definitely recommend this book if you want to help your pets naturally instead of using allopathic medicines.

Without any doubt the best book for a solid introduction to homeopathy! Read this book, and you will have a strong and decent knowledge about homeopathy. The history of that science is covered, alongside the explanation of all the basics you need to treat an animal with homeopathy (concept of vital force, choice of a remedy, choice of a potency, etc...). This is a 'must-have' for both people who want the best care available for the animals they love and for vets who want a wider approach for the treatment of their patients. The chapter "A Bigger Picture" is a wonderful reflection on humans and on our relationship to the animals we live with.
