Delicious organic sun dried tomatoes for cooking
This is a great value for sun-dried tomatoes from 365 Whole Foods. It is a two pack, that I will need as I use these quite often in certain chicken and pasta meals. I also appreciate that it is organic and only contains about 4% salt. The jars came in well packed and had not leaked at all….and the ingredients are a short mix of great items. Basically sun dried tomatoes and olive oil. Yum. I just removed the security seal and everything is tight around the lid. The texture is heavy enough that you can pick out the amount of tomatoes you want to add to your recipe, and the smell is subtle and delicious. Very pleased and highly recommend

VERY SALTY
I keep it in the fridge and know that the olive oil it is packed in will become firm not to lose but leaving it out or heating it in the microwave for a couple of seconds brings it back to liquid form. A perfect addition to a salad or a cold cut sandwich.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! 😋 Made my Tuscan Shrimp Irresistible!
These Organic Sun-Dried Tomatoes in EV Olive Oil are simply delicious and packed full of intense flavor! I have made my version of sun-dried tomatoes at home with a dehydrator and store purchased cherry tomatoes; they weren't bad but I must say mine didn't come near the intensity of flavor of these! Kinda glad of that because it's a lot of time dehydrating them yourself and takes a lot of tomatoes! LOL! So far I've used them in both my Tuscan Shrimp as well as my Tuscan Chicken recipes...they brought wonderful flavor to both recipes...irresistible! I was worried they might be too salty due to one review stating "they're very salty"...NOPE...absolutely not...they are NOT overly salty! They are PERFECTION! 😋😍 👌🏻

Oil leaks
Taste very good, I cut them up in pasta dishes. However, the seal did allow for some oil leakage although the top wasn't popped.

Tastiest Sun dried Tomatoes I ever had.
Was trying a new recipe that called for Sun-dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil. I have tried other brands but this brand is the best. I made the recipe and boy oh boy, did my pasta taste divine using this product. I am a total fan and will be using this brand from now on.

Tasty!
Love these Whole Foods sundried tomatoes. The size of the jar is perfect and does not leak; the tomatoes are fresh and have a ton of flavor. I put together some pasta, butter, garlic and sundried tomatoes - MWAH! Delicious! Great quality for the cost.

I'm not exactly sure how to rate these
The first ingredient besides tomatoes& olive oil (& it is olive oil, it completely firms up/ goes opaque in the fridge) is Salt, and unfortunately this completely covers the naturally sweetened taste you expect from a sundried tomato. So while all the ingredients are apparently of good quality, the result is a chewy but salty (not carmelized, as-it-were, as far as Flavor) tomato, where then the 'complimentary herbs' don't do much to apply at that point. It's a bit of an odd item I'm not sure what you do with other than to maybe add to other already-sweet foods (because you so miss/crave the sweetness when you eat these) or maybe they'd pair well on an anchovy pizza or something of that sort, I'm not a chef or spent much time thinking about it but the point is they might take some creativity & consideration as they do not serve the place in a recipe a sundried tomato would (you may have to sprinkle with sugar? ;p but is the damage already done as far as the tomato flavor, with all that salt? Because personally I don't think a sundried tomato in itself requires salt at all, and it's as if nobody who's had a sundried tomato tasted these.. is it for preservation? I'm not sure, but I'd prefer zero seasonings & just properly sundried tomatos in oil if given a choice) but I appreciate the access to these, and price, they are nicely sized fresh tomatoes beneath the surface (pretty sure) & truly great find if they could make them happen without all that salt!
