My doctor recommended that I take electrolytes after workouts to avoid feeling faint. I put one of these tablets in my water bottle 5x a week for an hour long HIIT workout and it really helps me stay hydrated. I chose Nuun because it contains so little sugar. The tablet makes the water a little fizzy, but not too much. (I actually hate seltzer / carbonated water and this doesn’t bother me.) I tried several flavors and found all of them to be pretty disgusting except for tropical, so this is the only flavor I ever get now. It turns the water a light pink hue. My two kids (ages 15 and 11) are both distance runners and they also use the Nuun tablets after practice to rehydrate.

I do Camp Gladiator workouts outside six days a week, all year long, some days when it’s as hot as 107°! I started using Nuun three years ago, and it’s the best electrolyte drink because it only has 1 g of sugar per 16 ounce serving. It has a very effervescent mouth feel, and all of the flavors, to me, are really good, especially watermelon.

Nuun tablets have been great for my running. I live in a very hot a humid climate think 100* and humid during the summer. Even for 30 minute runs I replace electrolytes because I sweat a lot. I love Nuun because on shorter runs I can pop one in my water bottle and be good to go without adding sugars I don’t need. On longer I still use them along with another source of electrolytes with added calories. Great product overall! They are fizzy, so in a sport cap bottle you might want to drop one in you water about 10 minutes before you put the cap on.

Have been purchasing this flavor for months. With my latest order, not only has the packaging changed (no big deal) but the taste definitely has as well. Even the color of the tablets are different. I'm not impressed with the new taste - it's a little too tangy.

I have used Nuun Sport Electrolyte tabs for years. The are the best electrolytes on the market. Most brands have less electrolytes and cost more. Just drop a tab in 16 ounces of ice water and enjoy the great taste of Nuun!

I've been using Nuun as a sports drink for many years. It does a great job of keeping electrolyte levels high without sugar or artificial sweeteners like the more commonly available electrolyte drinks. Have tried most all the flavors and like Tropical the best. Drink this instead of Gatorade or Powerade. Your body will thank you.

The product from Germany has a very strong/strange taste. I can’t stand it. I’m throwing all my Germany vials away. I will only accept the ones that do not say Product of Germany

Todo súper bien! Un sabor ligero y nada empalagoso. Lo tomo durante o después de hacer ejercicio y me cae muy bien. Lo recomiendo mucho, aparte de que es muy práctico, solo llevo mi botella de agua y listo.

Amazon México cambió su sistema de soporte por una interfaz nueva que no permite contactar a un humano. No hay chat, no hay teléfono, no hay forma de escalar un caso. Todo termina en el mismo mensaje inútil de “no elegible para devolución”. Compré dos pedidos separados de un producto ingerible y los dos llegaron defectuosos, con un sabor metálico fuerte y efectos físicos. Aun así, el sistema bloquea cualquier reembolso y no ofrece ninguna opción de ayuda. Es absurdo que Amazon venda productos potencialmente inseguros y, al mismo tiempo, elimine todas las vías de soporte. Si Amazon va a quitar la atención humana, por lo menos el sistema automático debería funcionar. Ahora no funciona. El cliente queda atrapado sin solución y sin protección. Servicio inaceptable.

El sabor es bueno pero me mandaron solo 5 tubitos en lugar de los 8 que dice el artículo. Mejor busquen otro proveedor porque te roban.
