BC Precision Solid Stainless Steel 1-1/4" Hand and Wrist Strengthening Baoding Balls

First thing i noticed was the weight... they're heavy but you can expect that from solid stainless steel balls.They don't make that "chiming" sound? Idk if i spelled it right, wich makes them perfect for quieter places.And on the size the description says 1 1/4 the ones i got are 1 1/2 no biggie.Also comes with a black suede pouchAll in all i think they're good for the money.

These are great and a good stress breaker. Easy to do too. They have a good weight. Only four stars because the storage velvet bag shown on the description is missing.

I had hand operations and if I over work my hands they ache. I am in my mid 60's and have small hands. The chiropractor I go to recommended these. These particular balls are the perfect weight and size for me, and help to relieve the tension and pain. There were several to choose from and I am glad I chose these.

The balls were shipped without a storage bag. It was supposed to have one. The bag would have been helpful.

These solid stainless steel Baoding balls are just what I wanted. They are the perfect size and weight for me, and will be a fun way for me to exercise my hand. I am not yet coordinated enough to use them with my left hand, but maybe someday I will be. Also, they came with a very nice red (my favorite color) velveteen pouch. I couldn't be happier with this product, and I would highly recommend it.

It would be nice if the baoding were a bit larger.

I recently broke my wrist. I have been using the balls to increase the strength and flexibility in my hands and fingers. I use the balls twice a day and have found my strength and flexibility increased significantly in a period of about 2 weeks. I highly recommend the balls for conditions involving the hands and fingers.

My occupational therapist suggested this exercise equipment to help strengthen my hands and wrist. She handed me two golf balls to practice. They were just slightly too big for my small hands so I investigated the size of a regulation golf ball and went looking for something a bit smaller and these fit the parameters. What I didn't take into consideration was the difference in WEIGHT between the golf balls and these solid metal balls! These are quite a bit heavier than what I was expecting but I think they'll work out fine. My downside review is that they were extremely over packaged. Besides the mailing envelope (duh), the plastic box they were in was wrapped in plastic, and the box itself had a security wrap around. The balls were wrapped in plastic and taped. The little bag was alongside in the box. There has to be a better way with less plastic and the security wraparound? Seriously? (!!)
