I like these vitamins. I don’t take them daily, I don’t think anyone should take zinc everyday. I take them every other day. So far I feel like they have helped me stay healthy during cold and flu season starting. So far so good.

Vitamin C is what I use for toothaches (the ascorbik acid in Vitamin C kills bacteria in the nerve of the tooth and saves having to get it extracted. 5,000 mg/day is what to use.
