US made, indestructible, and basically given away.
Another great product from estwing. It will work perfectly for demoing studs against a mason wall to preserve them or for blowing headers and top plates apart. And of course instead of hammering pulling studs into allightment.Cons: (none really its a great hammer)The fit in a tool belt or harness, it can catch on the tooth if pulling the hammer out blind.Finish also came chipped from the factory but it was all clearcoated over. This is FINE ITS A HAMMER, all the people complaining about the finish on a $35 US made hammer need to use a hammer more than once a year. The relief chamfer on the smooth face is a slight bit uneven but its also perfectly fine just aesthetic...which again...its a hammer...5 stars would buy again

Best hammer ever
I get so many contractors double-take at this hammer because of how it looks. It's a cool piece on my tool belt. The weight is just right and I can finish through on a nail in 2 hits normally. The vibration isn't bad and the metalwork is well-built.I do however have only one issue. The tool belt hammer loop games the 2x4 grabber hook on the neck when trying to pull out off belt loop. I might try a different hammer loop for my tool belt.5/5 stars because it is an awesome hammer and if used properly will be around for year's.

A Solid Tool with Room for Refinements
I recently added the Estwing E6-24TM hammer to my toolkit and have been using it on a daily basis. I admire many aspects of this tool, but there are a few areas where I believe improvements could be made. What strikes me most about the hammer is its patented Hammertooth design, a feature that's supposed to make straightening 2x boards a breeze. However, in my experience, the tool's length seems to hinder its effectiveness in this regard, especially when working with joists at 16" spacing. A shorter design might have made this feature more useful in such situations. The one-piece forged construction is impressive, adding to the durability and longevity of the hammer. Its shock reduction grip, which claims to reduce impact vibration by 70%, also lives up to the promise, providing comfort during extended use. However, I did encounter an issue with the finishing. The face of the hammer, where the Estwing logo is embossed, is somewhat sharp and jagged. As someone with a background in metal finishing, I found this disappointing. Attempting to smooth out these edges would compromise the blue epoxy/paint finish, so I've had to make do.Despite these gripes, the hammer's overall performance and versatility – from pulling nails and prying boards to demolition work and splitting wood – is commendable. It's a reliable tool crafted with high-quality American steel. In conclusion, while I appreciate the design and functionality of the Estwing E6-24TM hammer, a few design refinements could make it an even better tool. It's a good hammer, but with a little more attention to detail, it could be a great one."
