Can the soldering station be used safely on esd sensitive devices?

TOAUTO DS90 Soldering soldering station has the certifications of FCC, CE, RoHS. It's ESD safe & anti-static design, It has a unique design for removing static electricity. I connected the grounding wire and wiped the static elimination sheet on the right side. I basically didn’t feel the effect of static electricity.
