I had been suffering from Migraines every two weeks (off and on) for over a year - experiencing intense brain fog, nausea, dizziness; and generally feeling under the weather. (Note: I had migraines prior to this, but maybe one or two a year (after too much chocolate!), and had the typical headache / visual aura symptoms, so this development was quite significant!). I took the tablets for a two months following a recommendation from my GP, and my migraines probably occurred at half the rate I'd been experiencing (which, quite frankly, was life changing in itself). But having continued with this medication now for ~8months, I genuinely cannot believe the difference. Between month two and now I've maybe had one actual migraine and felt a bit off a handful of times. This tablet has genuinely changed my life and is worth every penny!! (Note: I appreciate it does turn your wee fluorescent yellow - but genuinely, who actually cares when you feel human again!)

I had to swallow four of the stupid things to get my 400mg dose (suggested by my neurologist for migraine prevention) before I found these. I can't swear blindly that it was this, or the magnesium or the Co-Q10, or the medication, or not going to the office any more, that helped with my migraine, but it is certainly much easier to swallow one capsule than four.

I actually purchased these on the advice of my Migraine Consultant, along with Magnesium tablets. I persevered for about 2 months and just did not feel any different - my migraines seem to have been worse! These were a lot of money as a trial item and they’re great if you like your pee to be bright yellow (I’m not in the habit of looking at my pee but it was very hard to miss it whilst taking these!) Needless to say, no more will be taken. I have to say that they may make a difference to some people and they will sing their praises, they didn’t do anything for me.

Took these for three months as advised but within two weeks, my migraine/headaches had returned to daily. So restarted and much improved. Not sure obviously that the B2 itself is preventing my migraine/eye pain but it is certainly reducing the frequency.

Finally a great source of B2. Hard to find in brick and mortar stores.
