It looks good initially. but the cover material is notably coarse, and its initial appealing look diminishes within a few months of use. The actual cushion material inside the pillow is not soft either. Moreover, a critical flaw is the absence of a concave contour designed to support the natural side-to-side curvature of the neck. This oversight necessitated personal adjustments, yet the outcome remains unsatisfactory. Additionally, the seat fastening mechanism is subpar, further detracting from the overall usability.
