I don’t have any cats right now but from what I have read they are very cat friendly however they grow slowly and don’t require much water depending on the size of the pot I would recommend multiple plants in the same planter love mine

Mine didn't. I live in Colorado and with the way they packaged it, it was fine.

What is wrong when new leaves are fall off?

It means you are over watering the plant. Hoya love dry soil and to be pot bound. I water mine once a month with ice cubes and that's enough. Maybe a little more water in the summer time.Good Luck
