Jaeger-LeCoultre: a Guide for the Collector by Zaf Basha (2008-05-03) Hardcover – January 1, 2008

I recently bought a vintage JLC watch and when I had it appraised I learnt that the box that came with my watch was actually a box belonging to an earlier JLC watch. When I got over my disapointment I decided to learn more and as a step I ordered this book. UNfortunately, in this regard it's not of much use. Few boxes are pictured in the book. Still, what a marvelous book. Not only full of facts and details for the serious collector, it's also a coffe table book (if a bit slim) by right of all the beautiful pictures of vintage JLC watches. Very much recommended!

This is a book that I have been looking for exactly.This book is composed of beautiful photo and many data of JLC.I was able to know the history of my watch.I would like to thank Zaf Basha of the author of this book.This book is great!

This is a great book which gives tons of detail around the watches it features, the information is very detailed and the images are of good quality, it's certainly helped my buy my first 'collectable' Jaeger LeCoultre. My only other comment is that I expected a broader range of watches to be covered, up to more modern times maybe, but that's probably me missing the point! If you're like me and actually like nice books as well then this is a nice book in it's own right. I would like to have paid slightly less for it as it worked out to be £100+ including the packing and shipping but ultimately I'm happy with my purchase.

Fantastic Resource. This is a great book to have in the collection if you are a Jaeger Lecoultre fan. Nuff said.

This is what you need who is collecting antique Jaeger-LeCoultre. The more you read this the safer to choose your favorite. Highly recommended.

Mr. Basha's book has been amazingly well researched and certainly includes some of the best watch photography to be found. His love of watches and JLC in particular really shines through. A *must have* for any serious watch collector's library. Highly recommended.

978-0-615-22387-2 is the first really usefull book for the colector of Jaeger-LeCoultre watches, very precise, lots of photos and hints&tips. Recommended!
