Traditional American Corn Sweeping Broom

I missed having one of these at home.This broom is well made & hardy heck its the only broom my yorkie avoids lol so no ruined brushes anymore so yes I do recommend for the home or yard.

They were for my local blue cross animal home but I'm sure they have been put to good use.

Was described as lightweight, but heavier than most brooms of this type. The image in the ad shows a broom with an attached handle, but the broom and handle are separate. The handle screws into the broom head, and not very well. The copper colored wire at the broom head was rusted on both brooms that arrived. I am intending to use it to sweep out a cement entrance hall floor, and will see how the handle and broom stay joined. Overall, I am disappointed.EDIT:After using this broom, I have to give it an additional star. It withstood quite vigorous use. The handle does not fit straight in the broom head and is slanted to one side and I cannot unscrew it to refit it straight. The wood handle itself has an awkward curve, so sweeping is a bit off center. So far, the handle has not come detached from the broom head, though.

This broom turned out to be too flimsy for my needs. Had to buy a sturdier one

You have to be used to these brooms , but if you are you’ll be very pleased with it.

I love this broom so much, despite the fact that it is taller than me. It could have been lighter but it does the job.

it works great, you can varnish the handle, leave it natural as I have, or paint it, nice form, easy to use.
