Well chuffed
Excellent service, i received next day. Extremely easy to set up, i had it unboxed and running within 10 minutes. Great sound especially with the subwoofer and as for the volume, more than enough. Plenty of functions with the remote. A very nice bit of kit for the price. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend, great quality.
Absolutely excellent soundbar. My wife was struggling to hear the tv with old bar, everything was muffled and distorted. Since installing this one she can hear clearly without the need for her hearing aid or having to turn up the volume high. The equipment was well packaged, easy to set up and very good quality. Only problem was the optical cable didn't seem to work, but once replaced with a very high quality one of my own there was no problem. I would highly recommend this product.

For the price, pretty good
First of all! The subwoofer is not wireless, despite even the YouTube video from Ultimea saying otherwise! - Unless they want to refer it not having a wire to a plug socket! - So whilst a little annoying as I wanted to situate the sub hidden away it does need to be wired to the soundbar .. but you don't need separate power for the sub ... I was a little annoyed but on reflection the advice is to put the sub near the soundbar and there's plenty of cable to do so. Getting that annoyance out of the way in terms of quality, for the price, it's not too bad. It's no Sonos, but with a bit of tinkering via the mobile app you can get some pretty good results. I have a small living room so haven't tried it overly loud but it has good bass response (in fact have to tone it down a little to avoid angry neighbours!) and voice clarity has been great so far.. Finding that sweet spot between hearing the voice and avoiding massive booming sounds so far hasn't been an issue. Controller seems quite expansive but find the volume control is really unresponsive .. so I just use my phone instead .. seems far more responsive and, in a dark room, easier to see. Using this with a projector and FireTV stick (having given up on the dire situation with that and Echo Studio speakers) and using a long HDMI cable. Pretty much worked out of the box .. It's light and easy to plug cables into so I stash it away when not in use. Not sure if it's firestick or something else but a couple of times starting a streaming video there are momentary blips in the sound which means I need to stop the video and start again .. This only happens right at the beginning so not something had re-materialises .. also it does seem (and this maybe firetv related again) but starting a film for the first time whilst it calibrates the sound etc... does take a while (seconds!, not minutes). The other niggle I had using firetv stick, playing YouTube and then wanting to tweak the sound on my phone by going into custom for much granular control of the EQ settings but it just muted the sound which, on the app, you then need to go back out to change the volume, the sound them comes back, but go back into EQ and it stops again .. This may well be my fault with the app combination I was using but slightly annoying. Have yet to experience a true dolby atmos experience (you do notice when it's enabled) but I did play a film the other day which defaulted into the stereo surround only and using the Xupmix feature did really well to fill the whole room. Overall this was to replace my two Echo Studio's which is just too painful to get them all in sync with a FireTv stick so wanted something reasonably cheap to replace them. Originally looked at Hisense and then saw this product pop up so took the plunge (and also got a nice reduction off the price once I went to checkout!) so even at the price listed it's pretty good value especially as the soundbar includes upward facing speakers for the Dolby Atmos requirement. Having a Sonos as my main source of sound and using this product to attach to my projector (and use with FireTV) I'm pretty happy with the results. Would it replace my Sonos? .. Nope! .. but that was 4 times the price.. Would it replace my 2 Echo Studios? .. well it has because I'm fed of the dire setup issues For something I can bring out on movie night on a big screen .. This seems to be working well and whilst I'm still tweaking the sound it's been pretty good so far and Audio (speech) has been very clear from the outset .. something which can sometimes be quite challenging!

Highly recommended
Very impressive!!, you don’t think the sub woofer is doing anything until you unplug it, then you realise it fills the whole room to give that immersive feeling. High and mid range are more than adequate and 50% volume is more than loud enough to hear the benefit but before it’s a problem for the neighbours (the Bass shakes rooms!). When buying tech I always order the top and bottom end of what I’m prepared to pay so I can compare, this was the top End, it arrived first and I was so impressed that I cancelled the other one without even hearing it. Needless to say, highly recommend 👍👍

Amazing value
I used to have decent studio monitors but then kids appeared and didn't feel the need for it watching cocomelon. Few years passed by and now it was time to move on from the TV integrated sound but for a reasonable cost and with restricted limitation of what i can put on display in the bedroom. I was pretty skeptical about soundbars like how can these tiny, tightly packed speakers can output anything more than my high-end LG TV. This soundbar with its subwoofer really does bring my TV to a new level, gives life to whatever is playing. Wall mount was clear and easy, both the bar and subwoofer look decent. Plug&Play setup with HDMI eArc, didn't even have to do anything my TV settings. Not sure about the Atmos tho but my TV's mount bracket probably prevents the upward speakers to hit the ceiling so might be just my setup. I'm not expecting a miracle anyway on that front.

Might have been good if it worked
After spending an entire afternoon rearranging my room to set this up, finally the moment we were all waiting for - switching it on. Only it didn't. Tried it through eArc, optical, and in several different sockets, nothing. Dead, no power. Except for the two back speakers, which aren't much use on their own. So after spending even more time on the troubleshooting and Amazon chat, (who btw asked for my phone number so he could ring back and check on progress but never did, and I have been inundated with phishing scams ever since, more fool me for giving him my number), and then rearranging the room back to how it was in the first place and more hours trying to get it in the stupid fiddly box, I now hate Ultimea and will not buy from them again. I will only update if the refund does not arrive - 14 days after they receive the item back, which could be whenever.

During a thunderstorm about a year ago, our Vizio TV sound went out and never came back on. After that, we used a tiny bluetooth speaker, and on our Roku app, we'd click headphones and play the sound through the tiny speaker. Holy goodness, I was so sooooo happy to get this soundbar!! Super easy to setup and easy to use. We connected it to our TV with the OPT connection and the hdmi cord. We use the opt setting when we turn the speaker on. The sound is awesome! We usually keep the volume around 14-20, unless I'm playing music and I like it loud, lol. There are never any crackling noise or dips in sound. The only 2 things I'd change (it may be possible, I haven't even looked) - (1) I wish the power/sound would come on when the TV comes on. (2) sometimes if there's nothing playing for a certain amount of minutes, the soundbar shuts off. Neither of those will sway my 5 star review because we both love it. Definitely recommend!!

Simple setup and clear sound especially from the rear speakers. Bass is surprisingly solid as well for a smaller unit. EARC connection was a breeze and synced easily with my TCL TV. App is easy to use and allows for customization. Delivery came within 12 hours.

As a disclaimer: I am not an audio expert; I am a typical consumer with limited knowledge. Personally, I think this makes a great sound bar that you can attach the the bottom of your TV and really step up the sound quality. The low notes by the subwoofer seem great. It's not something that will rattle your windows, but it definitely adds depth to your movie experience in a way that standard TV speakers can't mimic. The size is as advertised, and the subwoofer is thin enough to maneuver into an out-of-the-way location. The mid notes on the speaker bar are solid, and appear to be at least as clear as my higher-dollar headphones. The high notes are just as solid. The included remote has options for fine-tuning the EQ, but I just set it up once for both music and movies, then forgot about it. I programmed volume and power IR signals into my TV remote, and we were off to the races. Incidentally, it's a pain in the fingers to adjust the volume; it's a multi-second process. There doesn't seem to be a quick way to adjust the volume. Here's my real issue: The advertised virtual surround sound does not function as expected. It just causes a load of distortion which does nothing to help pinpoint directionality. It doesn't work. Now, do you get value for the money? I think so. You get some serviceable speakers with a few quirks, and the subwoofer is pretty good. For a thousand dollars you could get a 7 speaker surround system, but fooling around with finding the right audio streams in order to run your specific set-up is a nightmare in our modern streaming ecosystem where every service handles their settings a bit differently. I'm going to stick with this speaker.
