Arca Gear 40 oz Hydro Carrier - Insulated Water Bottle Sling w/Carry Handle, Shoulder Strap, Wallet and Two Pouches - The Perfect Flask Accessory (Aqua Camo)

I purchased this carrier for my 40 oz HydroFlask bottle. I also needed a carrier bag for my 32 oz HydroFlask but there was no Arca available for it on Amazon at the time. So, I received a carrier bag from Wild Wolf at the same time. My impression is that both products are constructed of quality materials and are both well crafted. While the Wild Wolf came with a carrying strap as well as a shoulder strap I find the side handle on the Arca much more useful because you can grab it like a cup handle enabeling the user to tilt and drink. Both carriers have useful external pockets for credit cards, keys, wallets etc.. I prefer the pockets on the Arca for two reasons. First the large zippered pocket has a lining with dividers to keep individual cards separate and organized. Secondly the Arca has a very thoughtful design with an outside pocket constructed with an elastic fabric which will accommodate larger item holding them tightly. Additional thoughtful design features of the Arca are the four snap molle fasteners which allow one to secure your bottle to any pack or bag using the common “molle” carry system. One of my favorite features is the design of the shoulder strap. The pad is made to stay on your shoulder. Arca curved the pad and lined it with a non-slip mesh fabric. While both manufacturers make carrier bags which perfectly fit the HydroFlask product and provide an additional insullation barrier the additional features of the Hydra product makes it the clear winner for me.

I purchased this to replace a similar item that was 5 years old and starting to fall apart. I live in rural NW Montana and carry pepper spray (bears, etc) plus a flexible water flask, garbage/pickup bags, id and dog leash. Multiple times per day, I am slinging this over my shoulder to go out. This has the extra outside pocket which I like for my phone vs my jacket pocket. And I got a very bright color for visibility: me AND the little pack. It seems well made, it is light, functional and comfortable. I am very happy.

I’ve had my Arca for 6 years and it’s held up on multiple trips, walks/hikes keeping my hands free and necessities handy. I also use it on the plane using the handle to hang it from the table tray. Handy since I don’t like putting my stuff in the airplane pocket where other people have put garbage. Holds my water bottle, reading glasses, chapstick, phone, earbuds.

I have carried insulated water bottles around with me everywhere for the last 10 years. This water bottle holder is the best I've tried (and believe me, I've tried several!). The material holds up very well to the daily use and subsequent unintended abuse to which I subject it. I've used it to carry my 40 oz Hydroflask bottle for a few years and it's a very solid and versatile product. I love that I can stuff the zipper pocket full of everything I need (and some stuff that I maybe don't need but still want). I especially like the flexible sleeve on the front of the zipper pocket. It holds five pens, which is great because I use it at work daily and I love using different colors throughout the day. The one complaint that I have with this carrier is that the zipper pocket itself is not very flexible. Even when I haven't filled the pocket up all the way, the zipper has broken repeatedly and there's no way to fix it. This is my fifth Arca carrier in the last 2 years or so and it keeps happening. Arca, please make the zipper more flexible and you will have a perfect product!

I love how sturdy this carrier feels. The zipper feels very sturdy and not cheap. I also love the side strap so that when you drink, you have a good grip of the bottle and you don’t drop it. I also added pics of how my 40 oz hydroflask fits inside this bag with the silicone sleeve on. Some ppl were stating in some reviews that it didn’t fit with the sleeve. I love the color green but this green is extra pretty. I haven’t used it yet so I will update the review in a few months to see how it holds up. I had a different one from a different company that I ordered from Amazon also but the plastic hooks from the strap tore within months. I noticed this one also has plastic hooks and just hope it holds up well as I love the color. If it holds up I am definitely coming back to get more for my husband and girls.

I really love this water bottle carrier. I use it with my 32oz thermoflask. I love the color and that it fits the water bottle well. It can get a little heavy which is to be expected with a full 32 oz bottle filled with water so no stars lost for that. The only negative I see is that the shoulder strap doesn't stay put, which can be uncomfortable with the full water bottle. But since I absolutely love the zipper pouch, I am still giving it 5 stars.

This was great when i didnt wanna carry my purse or wallet. The pocket fits my phone, keys, and a few cards. Zips securley closed. Can be carried by handle or shoulder strap. Ordering more for different size bottles

I bought the 40oz bag and had no difficulty carrying a 32oz Nalgene water bottle, phone and keys on a 6 mile walk through my local forest. The bag and strap carried the weight well (no shoulder pain) and the bag did not flop around as I went up and down steep hills. It’s become my go to bag when I’m out for long walks and don’t want to use a backpack to carry my water and phone. It’s a great value for the money.
