Amazing ! Jane's Groundbreaking Album, Ritual De Lo Habitual" Visually Stunning and Sounds Incredible !
I just picked up this new Blu-ray package and I was blown away with the high quality of this live production of the masterpience album "Ritual De Lo Habiitual" which changed the Alternative Rock Landscape forever and in my opinion is Janes best songs. The video quality is amazing and the stereo mix and 5.1 also sound amazing. Im very pleased and I highly recommend this DVD for Janes Fans and Alt Rock Fans !

James Addiction was a band of its own kind
This was a final live performance in a place in San Diego. They were gonna tear the place down. James Addiction played all their best songs. It was really good.

More "Alive" at 21 in NYC
I really enjoy Jane's Addiction... interestingly back in 1990 I was introduced to them by a student in a Sunday School class... yeah well, that's a story for another time....While this video is "clean" and enjoyable, if you can get the Live in NYC video from 2012 it is a much more intense show...guess they were more "alive" at 21:-)It is also interesting how unprolific they are.... I crave something new...

A great concert of a great band
It’s a great concert, celebrarting 25th years of a great album of this iconic band, part of my life’s soundtrack I tought the dvd disc would have soné extras but is the same concert that the blu-ray anyway is a nice product

Anyway you cut it sounds FLAT
OK not even worrying about lossless vs lossy the sound just ain't that good. It's really flat, pretty much just stereo sounding (which I thought when I first started it). Says 5.1 but really just crowd noise in the back speakers and just a stereo image mainly left and right. So no not happy. Could be just me but Farrell doesn't sound all that great either, thin & strained but then the band sounds that way in general here, OK bass. So I was really looking forward to hearing this but really disappointed in the end. I would say save your money..... put the album on....
