I had the problem of one of the lid got cracked. However, on knowing the seller replaced with two containers itself, even without requesting, by just noting the feedback in Amazon. Excellent customer follow up and review and corrective action by seller. Very much appreciate the response shown. Basically the product is very good and convenient. The other 5 units are over a month of use and no problems seen.
