Really useful product. It serves the purpose very well.Water pressure for shower good.For health faucet very good.Normal taps good.

Dear Seller,I purchase the product on March and installed well and it was working perfectly. But last week the pressure pump stop working due to its switch complaint. Kindly guide me, how to fix it, since the product under in warranty what I have to do to fix the issue or replacement of the product. Kindly guide me please.Thanks

Ordered on January 19, 2019 and received it on January 26, 2019. I had to wait till mid February for my plumber to get it installed. Very easy to install, would say hassle free installation. Initially the pump was restarting on it's own even when all taps were closed. There is a reset button on the automatic pressure regulator, just need to reset the regulator. Since then it is working absolutely fine. I have 5 taps, multi-nozzle shower all working fine. Pressure is excellent, I would say it is more than my expectations. Main reason for buying this product is for geyser and shower as these will not work without sufficient pressure as I have my loft tanks barely six and half feet above. I am extremely satisfied with the product. Amazing deal from Amazon, will not get the product at such a price anywhere in the local market. The noise level of operation of the pump is little on a higher side and the pump takes a little extra time, may be approximately 10-15 seconds to stop after the taps are closed. If Kirloskar could improve on those points it would be THE BEST. I strongly recommend this product for people facing issues with water pressure.

Please do not bye this product from Amazon recently I have faced problem Kirloskar not giving service for the upper sensor they are only repairing motor part without sensor this product does not function Automatically now am in trouble how to get it repaired amazon people are not supporting. Kirloskar person asked to contact amazon only

The product is very good. I am happy by using it now.The came properly in a good packaging manner. In the box it had a controller, kirloskar Pump and its manual with its warranty card.I have used it for single bathroom where it is connected with 12inch Rain Shower, basin tap, toilet Faucet and with Geyser.My bathroom is just beneath my roof tank. So the water flow was very low and it was not at all capable to flow water to my bog 12" Rain Shower.I am very happy now 😊. All these problems are solved. Now switching on the pump, it starts on for 15 to 20 sec then stops and started again when any tap is opened. When tap is closed ot closes after 15 to 20 sec.Now regarding installation you or the plumber has to have a very idea to install it. My plumbere is quite knowledgeable of such.Only drawback I can say, it has little sound which someone may not like though company didn't claim it as silencer.I had the problem for initial 2 days and now I am use to it.If anyone has any problematic situations like me I recommend this product to buy.

This pump was working fine for 4 months after installation and then suddenly stopped working. How to raise warranty repair request...

I am writing this review after 3 weeks of usage. I have 3 bathrooms and I had a problem with all in terms of supply of water especially for the overhead showers as my water tank is just above 1st floor. After installing this superb machine all my problems is solved. I have the force of water i have seen no where else. Even if i use all 3 bathrooms and kitchen at the same time the force of the water is superb. I recommend all of you to go for it. Price wise it is the cheapest in India and specification and power wise you can compare with brands above 30 thousand. Just go for it with your eyes closed. I am buying 2nd one for my sister also now.
