Strips do work
The strips work. Sometimes it takes a bit more time to show the changing colour. The trick is to enter and stay in a keto state. It could take two or three days to burn off the glycogen reserves. You could also do it in one day through a 20km fast walk in four hours. Best time to test is early morning. Ordered for the second time as I tested everytime

Not Accurate !!
This strips are of poor quality, not accurate, even if you put same sample on 2 different strips, it will show different results. This happened many times.Waste of Money. !!! Total inaccurate

Simple and useful product
I bought this product to check the ketones in my urine and it works perfectly well.The colour variations are a little difficult to read after the 0.5 mmol range.

Seal was open and product was expired grey colour insted of yellow for measuring ketones.Dont buy
