Sir I have used this product but unfortunately 1year above not work

I bought it and it malfunctioned after a week... It was wastage of money. I recommend not to buy this product.

It is very use full, after installing this device we save lots of water, and Electric city bill. Even thou we are busy with other works after turning the water pump, it gives the signal 1 to 2 min before water over flows. It is very usefull.

This indicator gone bad after use of 10 days, Finally i replaced a transformer of cost 250 rs. for restore.

Arguabily I shouldn't be expecting much from something that costs so little, but when its fundamental functions start breaking down then all bets are off. My initial concern as soon as tested the product was that the sound of the alarm was so low that I had to be standing right next to it to hear it. I was happy to live with that. But then one of the LEDs stopped lighting up. Luckily it was not the FULL indicator as the product would have been of no use after that. Initially I thought it had to be a loose contact on the wiring I had done and double checked and re-wired it including connecting the wires directly instead of using the connection hub, but still no light. The problem has to be either on the circuit board or the soldering of the wire to the board. As the LED in question is the 75% marker, my Dad, for home I bought it, is happy to live with it for the moment. Also the reason why I am not asking for a replacement is because I will have to remove the sensors that is currently installed when I need to return the product and connect the new ones, which is too much work to do for a second time. Therefore decided that if the lights start dropping off, I will get rid of this and pay more to get a better quality product the next time.
