This omega 3 comes from SMALL fish, making them the best choice! Smaller, shorter lived, fish have less Mercury. Only once have I had the fishy burp and I think it was because I took them with a hot liquid. I recommend one you have them in your mouth, take a drink, then swish them around, so they get wet all the way around, then swallow. They go down easy and don't stick together in your throat this way. I also have these on auto shipping and it's a win win.

My cholesterol was out of wack when I started using this twice a day My good cholesterol was below 40 and my bad cholesterol was over 200. My last test results were: HDL - 58, cholesterol total 137. I believe this fish oil greatly helped! When I first started taking it, I would occasionally get a bad taste when I burped. Now, I never even think about it. I take 2 other medicines prescribed by my heart doctor, as directed. So this is not a cure all for me, but one of my tools.
