If you mean the standard 2.54mm distance between holes: Yes they are.

Q: Is input 110-220vac for the 3vdc output version?

All these modules have an input voltage between 90-264V.

Q: What method do you use to affix a wire to the pins? Seems scary to use the 24g broadboard style jumper wire on them for 120v AC

Those wires work fine. Not enough current going through it to need anything bigger
