It lasts forever because it literally will not come off. I used micellar water, scrubs and very aggressively used a cotton pad with soap and water but it wouldn’t come off. The only way I got it off was using Vaseline on top of the product on my lips and really scrubbed with a cotton pad to get it off. The colour and scent of this lipstick is glorious and the lipstick stays on my lips all day. It's most definitely food proof and kiss proof if you're careful enough. In the beginning I was applying it on a little thick which made it super sticky and uncomfortable but I soon learned that a thin layer is best as it dries faster and thus stays on for longer.
