The napkins look like the photo. They launder perfectly. Nice thickness well finished. I wanted nice napkins and I got them. It’s nice when a product delivers.

The napkins are very beautiful and good quality. They washed up beautifully and I'm very pleased. My issue with the company is that I only received 11 napkins, not the 12 ordered. When notified, they said I could return all of them for credit or get credit for one but they couldn't send just one napkin. Since this was their error, I really think they could have made an exception and put one in an envelope and sent it. Because of their attitude (saying they always check the order before it goes out), I gave them a poor rating. It was as if they were insinuating I don't know how to count.

I loved these cloth napkins! They looked elegant and classy. Unfortunately, the color did not go with the rest of my table decorations for the event so I had to them. I would have reordered the same style in a different color but they would not have arrived in time. The seller was great to deal with and I will buy from them again.
