Bug hotel
Super idea bought as a birthday gift for a 7 year old who thought it was fab. Not too complicated and quite robust.

Avoid this product and save your money!
The wood is thin and splintering, not identically measured so you need to adjust it yourself as it wont fit together. Onto the building.. glue was about as useful as water, didnt hold any of the pieces atall, ended up in a massive mess with pieces sliding off everywhere. Managed to get it all together for it to end up falling apart as the glue didnt hold it atall.. complete waste of money and all had to be thrown away due to so much glue being used we ran out eventually even if it had been good!! Disappointed 6 year old.

Terribly designed kit
This "kit" is a selection of thin wooden parts designed to be glued edge to edge (i.e. the grain direction is not favorable and there is very little contact area) with no mechanical features to aid the bonding. Consequently its difficult to assemble without modification and is very flimsy.As these parts are (or at least could be) stamped or laser cut for no marginal cost the designers could have added mechanical details to dovetail the parts or similar so that there is mechanical "grip" to assist the bonding.We got it together in the end but I doubt it will last many months. Disappointing. I'd avoid the brand.

Not value for money
I was not very happy with this product. The picture on the box is deceiving. The frame is in the box but you have to fill the sections yourself. They are not provided in the box. My daughter was disappointed. For the price it is expensive.

Wish I had read the other review - this does not contain the bits that go into the compartments
It is easy enough to build however it is supplied with fabric glue so I am not sure how long it is going to hold together. Also, this is only the kit for the frame which was a disappointment because I have now spent as much on buying more than we need pinecones and too many bamboo sticks to go into it.

Just a box to make yourself.
Basically it’s a box. No contents for the ‘rooms’ included. My grandson ran out of glue when making the box. Only a tiny tube received. Very disappointed.
