Everyone who is thinking of buying this I will ask you to not buy this product because the material is soo light and temperature doesn’t work properly. The customer service is not at even the average . I bought this and for me this is not working properly but according to seller I can’t return this item because now I used and it’s useless to them. I don’t know if the seller have common sense or not but if you don’t try the product how even you can check the product if this is faulty or not.

should have realised the problem that once the tandoor is on, it primarily heats the naan/bread more from the top, the heat underneath is not proportionate to the heat received from above. also, the same applies for the top hot plate. it makes the naan too hard/brown to eat easily. if given a chance, i would not buy this product again. not impressed.
