This nut comes in two different styles - you have this one and another which is almost exactly the same... The difference between the two being the taper. One style has a rotating washer - the other (this one) is a solid design with no moving parts. Generally speaking the nuts are interchangeable and both styles will fit compatible vehicles. However, we would recommend that you replace like for like.

This nut is primarily compatible with Ford vehicles that run on M12 x 1.5 nuts.
