Aromatherapy Belted Lumbar Wrap | Hot or Cold Therapy with a Soothing Blend of 12 Natural Herbs | Microwave and Freezer Safe

I have probably bought four of these belted wraps as they are truly helpful with my chronic back pain as I can walk around with them on or strap them on and sit down without them moving. Personally, I do not buy them for aromatherapy. They are just the best product I have found to apply heat to my lower back, with a weight that is tolerable for my back, and that allow me to move around while applying heat. I have bought other products, but some do not have a belt, some are too heavy, and others cannot be strapped low on your back. I use these multiple times a day, so they eventually get holes in them and lose their insides, so I need to replace them. I believe they truly are sturdy, but I use them often, and they get a lot of wear and tear.

Nature's Approach Aromatherapy belt is amazing. I frequently suffer from sciatic pain and general muscle soreness in my lower back. Especially after working out. The product comes in a sturdy, zip lock bag for storage. I love that I can heat this up and attach it to my back, without having to be plugged in. This is especially nice if you want to sleep with it on, since you don’t have to worry about electrical hazards.It is recommended you store it in the freezer, to maintain the freshness of the herbs. The directions said to put in the microwave for a minute and a half. That is probably fine if you start out at room temperature, but since I keep it in the freezer, it takes about two and a half minutes to heat. The first time I used it, while I was waiting for it to heat in the microwave, I put my nose in the bag and inhaled. Aaahhh. Smelled so good! Don’t judge me. I am a firm believer in aroma therapy. The medicinal herbs used in this product work to sooth and relax both your muscles and your mind. It has a perfect combination of cinnamon, chamomile, fax seed, lavender, lemongrass, peppermint, clove, spearmint, valerian root, white willow, yarrow and yarrow dock root.I have a few similar microwavable heating pads, but they smell really weird. Like old chicken soup. This one has a very pleasant aroma, which is not too overpowering. The fabric is very pretty. The belt has a surprisingly large, sturdy clip and is easy to adjust. Very happy with this product!

I really like these belted wraps. For shoulder pain, low back pain and even hip pain these wraps provide a nice moist heat release that helps soothe aching muscles and joints. What is really helpful is that it can be worn if you need to move around. It is easy to adjust the belt for a nice snug fit around my low back, hip and even my shoulder (worn like a cross over bag). The heat lasts about 20 - 25 minutes before I need to re-heat in the microwave. To me the natural grains inside the wrap provide a more even moist heat than other wraps with synthetic microbeads. The scent is herbal and pleasant but it doesn't last long if you use the wrap regularly like I do. I have several as other family members like to use them and I've given several as presents always with great reviews.

This item came in fast and was well packaged. It comes with a re-sealable bag to keep it fresh and clean. This pack smells like heaven! As other's have mentioned, the pack only stay warm for about 30 minutes but this is the ideal amount of time for heat therapy. I use this on my lumbar and draped over my shoulders and it feels wonderful. My physical therapist does not recommend heating more that 20-30 minutes at one time so it is perfect for me. The belt is adjustable and easy to click together and take off. I am about size 20 in pants, that's almost 56 inches so it does not fit me. However, I estimate it would fit a size 16/18 a little snug. Overall, totally worth the price I paid. I would consider buying some as gifts.

This smells amazing and fits my 50 inch hips perfectly, though I do prefer to lay on it to ease cramping rather than wear it. This product gives off amazingly scented moist heat that is so soothing to any sort of muscle pain. The only drawback is that it only lasts about half an hour until I feel the need to heat it up again. Despite that inconvenience, I do love the pattern, the natural materials and the scent. Overall, this is my go to period cramp reliever as of now.

Love this. Wear it every night while watching TV and it keeps my back from getting sore.

Love the smell!! Its not over powering like some reviews I've seen. I was worried at first but the smell is very pleasant and it works great in multiple spots due to the clip.

I have lower back pain and ordered this for me to use at the office. The belt is amazing at keeping the pack exactly where you want it, even though I'm up and down from my desk and walking around quite often. It's fairly thin so I can wear it under my top and over a camisole. The scent of the herbs is very nice but not oppressive. Unfortunately it only stays warm for about 20 minutes, so you do have to re-heat it fairly often, but the convenience of the belt means that I get more constant relief through my day.According to the package, it also works as a cooling pack, but I haven't tried it that way yet.
