Product is fine but shipped without assembly hardware.After waiting 2 weeks for East Oak to ship parts finally arrived only to discover they sent the wrong assembly package. Now fully 3 weeks after delivery I’m advised they have a warehouse packing issue and can’t send me parts… gave me $30 back off purchase & told me to find the parts on Amazon !! Here’s their response…. “ I’m very sorry for the continued inconvenience. After rechecking with our warehouse, they confirmed that the entire batch of hardware kits for this model was incorrectly packed by the factory. Because of this issue, we are unfortunately unable to send out the correct hardware kit..”
