Very Pleased with these ink cartridges
These ink carts have worked out excellent for me. I did have a problem with where one of my cartridges was flagged as expired, due to the chip HP embeds in the cartridges. I contacted LimeInk, who promptly replaced the cartridge for me. HP embedded a chip in the cartridges with a date code, and encrypted the data with 128 bit encryption. Refilled cartridges are unfortunately often killed off by this tactic. HP got sued in a class action lawsuit over this tactic. They had to issue updated firmware to allow users to bypass the "expired ink" shutdown, but no such option seems to exist for my DesignJet 800 printer. I procured what's known as a "decoder chip". The name is a bit of a misnomer, as it doesn't actually decode anything. It's an inexpensive small module that gets plugged in between the ink supply station and the printer's control board. It simply lies to the printer, telling it that all ink carts are full and the date code passes. Took me longer to find my screwdriver then it did to install the module. The downside is that you lose the ability for the printer to know how much ink remains, but all of your cartridges will just work, regardless of date codes. Fortunately, keeping another set of LimeInk cartridges on hand is very affordable.

2 out of 4 failed in a day.
These were not reman, they are totally different looking than OEM HP cartridges. They installed a little tough, but did fit. The black cartridge lasted one print job before giving an error, within 24 hours the blue did the same. Yellow gave an error shortly afterwards, but worked after reinstalling. I replacement was processed, so I plan on sending the faulty cartridges back, hopefully that takes care of it. Next time I'll probably just pay more and go with HP brand instead.

Worked better than HP
My Designjet 500 stopped working a month after replacing with a direct order from HP of their own ink. After hours of troubleshooting with HP where they basically threw their hands up I decided to try Limeink. Lo and behold the printer has been working fine now for over two months.

As good as the manufacturer's ink
Works as it should. Good quality print and no errors on the printer.

Great Price, Great Customer Service, but Cartridges Stop Working Long Before Empty
We like these. The price is very good. The print quality is great. Customer service is even great at helping to resolve issues. HOWEVER, we never get a full life out of these cartridges, particularly the Cyan. They always result in an error from the plotter saying that the cartridge needs to be replaced. When you shake the cartridge, you can tell it is close to being full. The only option is to put in a different cartridge.

Two down
I liked the speed with which the ink cartridges were delivered. As far as I can tell, the print color should be good. I didn't like that the yellow cartridge was damaged during shipping. I was able to make it work by snapping the two halves back together, and taping it to stay down in the ink cartridge tray. I REALLY didn't like when my printer told me the magenta cartridge needed replacement. I just put them to work finally and it's failed. I hope the black and magenta prove to be better performers. I'm getting a Designjet 500 operational but can proceed no further until a legitimate working magenta cartridge is installed.

Great price, no problems!
I was worried that it would not work, but no errors, full ink, cheap price!

Finally some cartridges that actually work. Having an older HP 800 has been a pain but these sure made it easier.

The first time I bought this product the ink worked so I bought the product again as a back up. The ink stopped working with a lot of ink left to use in cartridge. I put in the replacements, one colour worked the other new one did not. I contacted the seller and they informed me they could do nothing about it as I was out of my return window which is 30 days- I am at 47 days. These cartridges take 2-4 weeks to ship so we do not wait until we run out to buy new ones. I am now left without ink and have to wait for the new ink I ordered to arrive. I would not recommend this product as it is hit and miss if it works and it starts to show empty when there is a lot of ink left.

The order was filled and delivered in a timely manner. My plotter (HP Designjet 500) does not recognize the black # 10 replacement cartridge, the magenta # 82 seems to work fine and I have not tried the yellow or cyan to date. My low rating is because I was looking for a black replacement which does not work.

La photo montre de cartouches différentes de celles envoyés. J'ai donc du les retourner car elle ne pouvais pas être intaller dans mon imprimante. Il y a 2 types de cartouches HP10.
