We bought this bag directly from the manufacturer and didn't really use it until now when our puppies are 9 months old. We went on a hike with both of them and had to use the backpack when our girl got too tired. 1 hour later the bag was ripped at the bottom...Our dogs are brittany and they weigh around 35 pounds at this stage. So they don't go over the limit. There is no reinforcement at the bottom. It should have some. Very dissapointed.
