This Hopscotch Play Rugs for Kids, ABC Alphabet Education Carpet, was definitely a must-have and not to mention how easy it was to get the message across to our kids that just wanted to have a good time and as well as practice on their ABCs a little bit better. I remember as children us playing hopscotch all the time but we did it with chalk on the ground and most times it would get washed away or we would have to scrub it away for the next day to come. So this brought back many memories and I love the different colors and the fun, the versatility of it as well as the sustainable material and the beautiful design of it overall that pops out with the pink color we selected. Definitely something you should get for the kids without a doubt. Thank you!!

I know this would be better in a play room, but it is my living room carpet. It is good for children to play on. It's too big for my washer so it'll have to go to the cleaners. Dirt stays on the surface which is bad when you live in the country, but also good that is easily washed off. I haven't used it with a carpet cleaner yet. I also used some rubber pieces to prevent it from sliding across the floor. My kids love to play on it. It reminds me of twister.

The colors in this carpet are vibrant and the printing of the images is clear. The pile on this carpet is flat and similar to outdoor carpet material. Vacuums easily, has good grip. My kids love interacting with it. I refrained from five stars because the wrinkles from being folded in its packaging never went away. There are some creases still present. However this doesn’t take away from the carpet too much. I recommend this carpet for playrooms or kids rooms!

This rug can withstand children...many children. It is very sturdy and durable. The colors pop, and the size is perfect. it reinforces the letters while playing a game. It is also very easy to clean. I will be getting several others for my other classes because the price is very reasonable.

Too small to even play hopscotch on not cool.

This is cool. It seems well made and the print and colors show well. We have this in our girls room and they love it. Tons and tons of fun for our 3 and 5 year old.

This rug is fun and useful. I like the entertaining hopscotch pattern, which is great for the kids to play on. The lettering is educational, the rug looks nice in my child’s bedroom, and it adds a great space for her to play that isn’t just hard floor.However, this rug is not as thick as I was expecting. It is better than hard floor, but still not very comfortable to sit on. The rug is probably about half as thick as my fingertip. I included a picture of the edge of the rug to show its thickness. The texture of the fabric is not uncomfortable, but it’s not super soft, either. The fabric is very smooth and does not shed. It’s not as pretty as the pictures make it look- the colors are kind of dull and boring looking, not as vibrant as the pictures show, at least with the blue pattern option. It doesn’t slide on our wood floors, even with children jumping on it, so that is a plus.I got the 47 x 71 inch size. In this size, the squares are not big enough for a child to sit in. I would estimate that 4-5 children, at most, could sit on the rug before it became too squished. I included a photo of one of the squares with my foot in it, for reference. It’s a good size for a child’s bedroom, but not big enough for a classroom rug where the children all sit. It could be used as one station in a classroom, though. It makes a good area rug for one or two children to play on.It arrived very stiff, with hard creases from where it was folded. The stiffness made it difficult to get into the washing machine. Also, be extremely careful when you open it! It arrived wrapped in very tight plastic, and I almost cut the rug trying to get it open. The cleaning and care instructions for this product are confusing. It says both “machine washable,” and “hand wash only.” In spite of the claim this rug is machine washable, it did not do well in the washer. Parts of the back side shredded on the first wash. The remaining bits of shredded material left an ugly black residue on the rug. For upwards of $40, I expected a softer, thicker, more durable rug. The included pictures are show the shredding and residue from the first machine wash. If this rug should have been hand-wash only, that should have been made clear in the care instructions.
