Great Scooter
I've had this scooter for a couple weeks and it is fantastic. The speed is fast, more than I would ever need. It handles well and is built solidly. Turning in tight places can be a challenge but it's easy to go forward and reverse. I love that it has two baskets. I've done my grocery shopping and can fit everything I need in both and on the floor, if need be. Customer service has been great. Received a courtesy call about a week ago asking about my purchase and then again with text messaging. Well worth the money.

Good investment
On delivery day, make sure you have 2 strong people to help driver.Scooter is very well made , rides nice on cement.Where I live I have brick bat sidewalks, very uncomfortable going over them.Overall thus scooter is well worth the investnent and will serve you for along time if taken care of.I also have sidewalks that are steep going dor to parks by the river. Takes them good down and up. Goes along distance on a full charge. Really happy.

Great Experience & Easy Setup!
I recently purchased a scooter for my mother to help her get around the neighborhood with more ease, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The scooter arrived 95% assembled, which made the setup process a breeze—it only took about 15 minutes to get the last few parts together. I’m really excited for my mom to start using it and gain more mobility. The quality seems excellent, and I’m confident it’ll make a big difference in her daily routine. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient, reliable solution for mobility!

good buy for the money
this cart is great. it is completely quiet when running. its comfortable to sit on. the controls are easy to use. it has plenty of power even going up hill. it does not need to be charged very often. itt is narrow so it goes into small places.

Great Scooter
I’m so excited to get this scooter and after setting it up, I took it for a spin around my complex. Did great up and down hills and around the corners with 2 of my granddaughters running with me.One thing I realize is the leg room on this scooter is zero (that’s why the 4 out of 5 stars) but thankfully you’re able to put your feet out front on either side of the tiller. But with two bad knees, it’s still tough. (I stretch my legs regularly when just sitting). My son was able to get the scooter in the back of his SUV. The battery does not come out so it’s not as lightweight as others. We took the scooter to the zoo and it was so great that my son didn’t have to push me around in my wheelchair. He actually got to enjoy the zoo more with both his daughters by being able to go where he wanted, especially with his 5 year old daughter. When we left, 4 hours later, my scooter was still fully charged. It goes fast up hills and the ability to go slow down hills. Fits nicely in elevators and love that’s it’s easy to navigate. The only other thing to be mindful is the turning radius. This scooter does not have the ability to make sharp curves/corners.Last but not least, I bought a cover and cup holder, even though it comes it a cup holder. I might splurge for the rear basket. Overall, I’m thrilled with my scooter and have the freedom to going where I want.

Definitely a win.
It's easy to assemble and simple to operate. Fifteen miles is plenty of range for me to get in a day of errands, and it hasn't met a hill yet it won't climb. Won't set any speed records but it's way faster than I can walk and anyway, I'm in no rush. The optional rear basket is plenty big enough for a standard shopping or grocery bag. If your roadways are as bumpy as ours and you're going any distance, you might consider adding a cushion to the seat. Haven't needed any customer service but it seems readily available. And certainly, the price is right.

One of best scooters I have tried.
Great scooter. Well made and well packed. Goes faster than our golden buzzaround ex. Handles grass, well packed gravel, sidewalks, and rural gravel roads. Not tippy on turns. Would rebuy if there was a need. Arived in shipping time window.

Easy to get around
Very easy to set up, very light, easy to get around I just love it. Would suggest it to anyone who needs one. I got it for my sister. She was afraid to drive it once she got in it. It was so easy for her and she loved it and I am so happy and satisfied. Five stars.
