Wasabi Power Battery for Panasonic DMW-BLF19 and Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH3, DMC-GH4, DC-GH5, DC-GH5S, DC-G9

I have been searching for an aftermarket battery that doesn't cost $70 like the panasonic cells do, but gives comparable performance. Finally, this is it! I first weighed this and the OEM cell on a scale - they are within 0.1 gram of each other, a good sign. After testing, the runtime and battery indicator on my gh5 are identical between the wasabi and panasonic. This is the one to buy.

I was skeptical at first buying a 3rd party camera battery but after using this for a few months on my GH3, I can say this is a great buy. Considering this has more battery cells than the Panasonic one, the extended use is pretty clear. Also, this charges fine using the charger that came with my GH3 camera, though once it's on the charger, it tends to be a bit loose. So if your charger is placed in an angle or some weird position, just keep mindful that it won't completely secure it. This product is highly recommended if you need a battery backup. Plus, it saves you $$ buying this one instead of the actual branded one.

Works in Pana G9 Without throwing up codes. Does not last as long as Pana batteries but makes for good backup. Worth the money for me. I would buy again.

Not as powerful as the Lumix batteries but adequate for backup.

Been using wasabi batteries on my lumix and canon cameras for years now. They work great and haven’t let me down yet.

Haven't used the original or this one enough to really compare anything long term. Short term this seems to very good, and gives the insurance of not running out of battery on a busy day.

Bought it as a spare and didn’t use it much. Have been using the Panasonic battery primarily. After not using the Wasabi battery for a while, it wouldn’t power on my camera. Charged it overnight but still didn’t work. Measured it with a multi meter, it’s at only 5V.
