This badge is designed for children to play with, however an Adult could enjoy it as well since it's a nice size and great quality!

Does it come with a bage

Yes it comes with badge, long chain, and the black leather for the badge to sit on. Great for kids to dress up

What is the badge made of? Plastic or metal?

Plastic but it's very well made. It didn't feel cheap.

Can the badge be removed from the leather back

Yes, it can be. I had to remove mine to turn it right-side up because it came upside down. Its worthless though if you take it off because it doesn't have a pin or any way to wear it without re-attaching it to the faux leather holder.
