Logitech MX Vertical, Wire and Wireless Bluetooth Advanced Ergonomic Mouse

Bought this to replace a cheaper vertical mouse when the buttons started behaving erratically. This feels much better made and the buttons have a more positive feel. I started using vertical mice to relieve mouse/tennis elbow, and they really do help. I was dubious as to how long the battery would last without charging, and I'm absolutely flabbergasted to report that it has managed 2 months on a single charge. Not only that, but you can charge it whilst you are using it.

I needed a less expensive and more modern version of the Evoluent vertical mouse.The Evoluent is very expensive and I seem to have to renew them every few years as I use them every day for AutoCAD, and they are used hard. The battery life is also demanding and I feel it needs the tech updated to match other mice that are either rechargeable, or have far better battery life. The Evo fails as soon as a battery gets to 50%.I decided to give this Logi a try.It's very lightweight which takes some adjusting to, but it's rechargeable (yay!) and most importantly for me, the centre scroll wheel doubles as a middle button when pressed, which is essential for me. All without importing software onto my Mac - it just worked.There is a knack to using the middle scroll wheel as a button because it will turn and scroll at the same time, but it's another thing that becomes normal.It isn't the quality of an Evoluent, but at under half the price, and without the battery demands and it's glitching, this is overall the one I'll buy in the future. I like the idea that I can just replace this, rather than the Evo being a specialist niche item. Easy and instant replacement of my everyday tools is a big factor for me. This wins.

I'm at the desk for long hours, both working and gaming, so I really needed to make the jump to an ergo mouse. This was the most recommended so I gave it a go.It’s not perfect, it’s not a one-mouse solution, and it also won’t fit larger hands. From the pics, I would say I have medium-to-large hands and it fits quite well, but actual large hands? I doubt it would be as comfortable.The biggest hurdle is how completely different it is to normal mice that I’ve been using for two decades. You WILL need time to adapt to this, both using your forearm more and less wrist flicking. I’ve had this for over a month and I still occasionally slip back into old habits. It does help your posture and wrist, but only if you stick with it.The mouse itself is heavy and built quite sturdy, which is essential given the fact you're supposed to rest your hand on it too. It looks weird, but it works!Speaking of the controls, the scroll wheel feels great, it's responsive, light, and mostly quiet during use. The main clicks are also pretty good with a clear response, though they are noticeably louder than the scroll wheel.The DPI is only 4000, which straight up means it’s not for heavy or fast-action gaming, or if you’re using high Hz monitors. It’s pretty much just a general tasks and light productivity mouse; it didn’t feel great in Blender and probably other precision-required tasks too. You’re essentially trading efficiency for long-hour comfort.Connectivity is solid. I tried using both the included USB receiver and plugging it in directly with the USB-C cable, and both worked flawlessly. The wireless range is impressive too; I didn't experience any connection drops even if i go to another room.Software-wise, it uses the same Logitech Options software as many other Logitech mice, allowing you to customize buttons and even set separate profiles for different apps/programs. For example, your middle mouse click on Firefox can behave differently if you switch to a different app. You can also fine-tune your DPI settings, etc. The software is decent and gets the job done.I’m giving it 4 stars and would recommend it if you want to try an ergo option, just make sure you know the downsides. Also check out the Logitech Lift version if you have smaller hands, and both are available in left-handed versions too.

After switching from the Apple Magic Mouse to the Logitech MX Vertical, I can confidently say there's no going back to a regular mouse for me. While the Magic Mouse does have its unique capabilities, the ergonomic design of the MX Vertical has been a game-changer for my wrist comfort and overall usability. It’s perfect for those who spend long hours at a desk.What really impressed me is how customisable the MX Vertical is. I’ve configured the buttons to replicate the key features I relied on with the Magic Mouse, so I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything essential. The battery life is another standout feature—I honestly can’t recall the last time I charged it, which speaks volumes about its longevity.Additionally, the seamless ability to switch between my work computer and personal computer with the press of a button has made multitasking so much easier. It’s a small feature, but it adds a lot of convenience to my workflow. Overall, the MX Vertical combines comfort, functionality, and thoughtful design in a way that truly elevates the user experience. Highly recommend it!

bought this for my dad as normal mouses was causing him issues and he absolutely loves it.

Given the price this is not the quality I was expecting from a Logitech MX mouse.

Really is the best vertical mouse you can get on the market.The design and ergonomy is incredible, and really doesnt get you muscular fatigue unlike other mouse.Battery lasts for ages, and I also really did not want to have a battery powered mouse anymore : so this is perfect.The set up and pairing is literally done in less than 5mn, and like how easy it is to switch pairing with other devices.Only set back : the price which made me hesitate a long time...Feels a bit silly to spend so much on a simple mouse!So got it in the sale, and even so feels like an investment. However : really worth every single penny. It's expensive but do not regret purchasing it for a second.
