Nunca había probado la pasta de vainilla y la verdad es que ésta está muy bien PROS Sabor muy bueno. cualquier postre que hagas y le pongas una cucharada de esta pasta va a saber a vainilla auténtica. Se ven los granos de vainilla. CONTRAS El precio

Prodotto giunto con 5 giorni di anticipo sul previsto, si tratta della "Madagascar Bourbon" e non come segnalato da qualcuno della "Pure vanilla", quindi conforme a quanto descritto. Ricchissima di semi, aroma molto forte. Consistenza come una melassa, contiene zucchero ed addensanti naturali ma non alcool. A questo prezzo sicuramente molto più conveniente delle bacche intere, sufficiente una piccola quantità. Come con tutti gli aromi, se si esagera nell'uso il sapore diventa pungente e forse un po' plastico, ma solo a dosi davvero eccessive. I "puristi" utilizzino le bacche, per tutti gli altri amanti della cucina è a mio avviso un ottimo prodotto ed un ottimo compromesso tra prezzo e risultato ottenibile.
