Me he comprado este para la casa de verano, el que tengo en mi casa habitual lo tengo desde hace mas de 15 años y esta como nuevo. Es una de mis herramientas favoritas en la ‘mis en place’ en la cocina. Es muy resistible y lo mejor de todo, lo puedes meter en el lavavajillas.

Use it for citrus zests when making cocktails. Really sharp blade and produces perfect thickness.

Rosle make great quality, functional stuff and this is no exception. The blade is replaceable too. The fact it comes off means it can be sharpened instead of replaced if you so desired but I've had it over a year and it still peels effortlessly so whether I ever need to take the blade off to sharpen or replace appears unikely. Confident it will last a lifetime
